Managing Coastal Community Development
To protect coastal resources while serving the diversity of coastal communities within the state, coastal decision-makers must be armed the best available scientific information and planning tools.
Washington Sea Grant works with planners, resource managers, business owners and residents to make conscious, informed decisions about how their shorelines will be developed and conserved. The overall goal: to produce jobs, protect the environment and enhance the quality of life on our coasts.
