Experience and Education

Aaron joined WSG in June of 2009 to assist with development and implementation of the Clean Vessel Awareness campaign, an effort to promote the use of boat sewage pump-out facilities in Washington. Aaron has operated his own business, designing and supplying specialty pumping systems to the maritime and aerospace industries. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and has worked for state ferry systems in Alaska and Washington. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (Society, Ethics and Human Behavior), with a minor in Human Rights, from the University of Washington and is currently a Masters student at the UW’s School of Marine Affairs.
